Zerua Tech Participated in Navozyme Corporate Retreat Event

We were delighted to join Navozyme's diverse and impactful company retreat last week at Norrsken Barcelona, which focused on improving team bonding and strengthening company culture. Starting from May 15th, the three days retreat provided an opportunity for employees to get to know each other outside the office environment. This strengthened relationships between employees and builds a sense of solidarity within the team.
There is no doubt that when workers are in a relaxed but stimulating environment, it promotes creative thinking that nourishes valuable input. Workers feel freer to approach challenges from a different perspective, finding more ways to serve clients. On this matter, the corporate retreat by Navozyme was a great time to introduce any challenges within the scope of the NBunker that Zerua Tech faces and get colleagues from different departments to bring new ideas and solutions to the table.
The retreat takeaway contained successful relationship, which was built on communication, including the relationship between the team members, involving in different products. We believe that communication skills are something that have to be continuously nurtured and the corporate retreats and venues have professional facilitators to help guide the team through various communication exercises and techniques. Effective team communication was practiced as it was a real asset to the company long after the corporate event or team building retreat was finished.
The corporate retreat was also an opportunity for the management team to convey a unifying message, to transmit its mindset and expectations to the rest of the team. Certainly, regular meetings are supposed to fulfill this function, but the environment and atmosphere provided by the retreat made the audience more receptive than during a more conventional meeting at the office. Seen in this light, organizing the corporate retreat is considered an investment in the company’s human capital for both Navozyme and Zerua Tech.
The team retreat allowed members to have transformative experience, make them feel valued and renew their energy and positivity. We believe that the boost in morale have a positive impact on workplace motivation and performance and subsequently bolster the company’s bottom line. We also witnessed the talent attraction by Navozyme thorough the retreat.
The retreat also allowed management to underscore the company's values, affirm the core mission and clearly define the long-term goals through variety of products. It was an effective means of setting the vision and implementing it for both Zerua Tech and Navozyme. Moreover, the corporate retreat laid the foundation for a positive work environment by upholding and building a thriving company culture. Trust, communication, teamwork, shared goals and stakes were established and refined through the retreat engagement.
