Zerua Tech at Hegan's General Assembly and AeroTxoko 2025

On September 19th, Zerua Tech had the pleasure of participating in Hegan’s General Assembly and AeroTxoko 2025, held at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC) in Barakaldo.
The General Assembly was a valuable opportunity to gain insight into the strategic direction of the Basque aerospace cluster. As an active member, we followed the discussions on the future of the association, witnessed the voting session on proposed membership regulation changes, and listened to updates on Hegan’s activities and financial results. For Zerua Tech, being present in this environment means staying aligned with the cluster’s priorities, better understanding the challenges and opportunities of the aerospace sector, and ensuring our voice as a startup is heard in the broader ecosystem.
Following the Assembly, we joined AeroTxoko 2025, Hegan’s traditional networking event. This year’s format combined team cooking with informal discussions, creating a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere where members could connect beyond the usual professional framework.

For us at Zerua Tech, AeroTxoko was not only enjoyable but also highly productive. We had the chance to meet fellow members, share our vision and ongoing projects, and explore potential collaborations. Building these personal and professional relationships is key for our growth as a young company, and events like AeroTxoko make those connections natural and meaningful.

Both the General Assembly and AeroTxoko 2025 reinforced the importance of belonging to a strong and collaborative cluster. They reminded us that while each company has its own path, our collective strength lies in sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and working together to advance the aerospace sector in the Basque Country and beyond. We are grateful to Hegan for organizing such an inspiring day and to all the members who made the experience so enriching. At Zerua Tech, we are excited to continue strengthening our ties within the cluster and contributing to the innovation and growth of the aerospace industry.
